2. Accessing your Destinations Data form
Your school is required to report where you intend to go next and what you will study – They are using the Grofar Destination Data form to collect this information
When a teacher adds you to a Destination Data session you will be invited by to complete the form
When you receive this click on the “Complete Destinations Data Form” to complete your choices on your Grofar Student Portal OR simply log into your Grofar account and click on the menu bar to access the Destination Data section

3. Access Destinations data form – via Grofar Passport
Log in to your student portal (if you have never logged into Grofar before speak with you teacher first)
Open the menu bar in your student portal
Click on Destination Data

4. Destination Data Form
Once you have clicked on Destination Data in the menu bar, you will see the link to your Destination Data Form you need to fill out.
Click on the green circle with the pencil icon inside to open the form

5. Destination Data Form – step 1
The form is asking you where you might go – what type of study , subjects and location you are thinking about
Input each option you are considering for next year on a new line in the form.
NOTE:
Level 2 = GCSE level
Level 3 = A level or Advanced apprenticeships
Level 4 = HNC/Higher apprenticeship
Level 5 = Foundation degree/HND
Level 6 = Honours Degree
There is space for 5 choices
If you don’t know, check the I Don’t Know box at the top and leave for options blank

6. Destination Data Form – step 2
After inputting your possible options for next year, scroll down the form and enter some information about “Aims for the future”
Then fill in the contact details section – in order for the school can contact you when you have left please enter a personal address.

7. Destination Data Form – step 3
The last part of the form has 2 tick boxes for you to tick:
You would like to join the school Alumni network (with you personal address)
You have completed the form
When complete, click the green SAVE button
Your teacher will now be able to review your completed Destination Data Form
