Property Knowledge and Management Skills 51% say no-one with the requisite knowledge is specifically responsible for property within their organisation. 53% of London charities surveyed do not report regularly on property to trustees, compared to 44% across the whole of England and Wales, highlighting the additional pressures the sector faces in the capital. Little Hands Design CIC - Working with this Finchley based charity to develop a property strategy. Kentish Town City Farm – Camden Charity that contacted EPF regarding pro-bono legal support. Contact a Family – Organisation based in Islington for which EPF helped create a property strategy. The Sound Lounge Trust – EPF assisted the charity with finding premises in Tooting. Jigsaw4U – Mitcham Charity that contacted EPF regarding pro-bono legal support. Harts Lane – EPF advised on Health and Safety for the charity in Lewisham. Step Forward – Tower Hamlets Charity that contacted EPF for advice over ending a lease. Attitude is Everything – EPF assisted with a rent review for this organisation in Camden.
