The membrane is relatively dark, as I left the enzymatic reaction for ~20 minutes to see if any bands would became visible.
There is a faint band (red arrow) in lanes 3 – Bam HI and 7 -PstI. As in the other lanes there is no signal, use the reference membrane for the analysis and discussion of results.
