CSI and eInclusion: some actions eInclusion Actions and Programmes The Annual Report Observatory: an integrated information system aiming at supporting the decisional and programming services related to the Piedmont welfare policy (also related to elderly issues) at different thematic level (political, social and cultural) PABI (The Regione Piemonte Ability Passport): a regional information system aiming at creating a central digital repository containing disability certificates and at supporting Regione Piemonte Legal Medicine Offices operations and activities. On-going development: Web interface to request certificates and obtain forms and documentation. The Webover60 Initiative: a digital literacy action aiming at promoting the use of the web among over60 citizens, in collaboration with the Turin Municipality The FP6 DIADEM project: aiming at enabling older people, to overcome the reduction of cognitive skills and remain active and independent members of society.

eHealth Actions and Programmes
CSI and eHealth: some actions eHealth Actions and Programmes The Piedmont Drugs Prescriptions Datawarehouse: it provides Regional and Local Health Authorities to check on expenditure and to analyse phenomena such as drug econonomics and epidemics as well as giving information to doctors. It contains information on prescriptions (in two years, over 50 million prescriptions issued) PHR & ASE: The Personal Health Record (PHR), is an continuity of cures instrument, constituting a system of communication on-line or off-line between sanitary operators and patients. The Electronic Sanitary Assistant (ASE) is a data processing tool to improve the health management of citizens. It remembers vaccinations, visits and bookings, it provides information on the modalities of preparation to the exams. Moreover it allows ticket payment and notifications. (Engine for Demographic and Epidemiologic Analysis (MADE): is a flexible tool to support Regional Government and Local Authorities to analyse different kind of source of demographic and epidemiologic information, for planning, research purposes and prediction making on population trend.

Theme 2: ICT for Accessibility, Ageing and Social Integration Obj. 2.2 ICT for Ageing Well Funding Instrument: Pilot B Type of role: Partner Actions to be implemented: Involve all the regional and local actors involved in the elderly people policy Integrate innovative aspects of regional/local pilot solutions within the Piedmont regional actions (improving chronic disease management of elderly people, continuity of care, etc.) Validate solutions with direct users (both Pas, health care and welfare providers, social operators, elderly associations) Disseminate results at regional/national and EU level
