Hydrogen Sulfide
Methane
Ammonia
Chose Ammonia for its ease in testing. Hydrogen Sulfide is toxic and Methane is difficult to transport
Humans can sense Ammonia at around 50ppm

Electrochemical Sensors are more sensitive to chemicals (around a few ppm) but have a very short lifespan
