Presentations Must include:
Required case information (detailed on the next slide)
Video Component in the presentation
Audio Component (either built into the presentation or in the form of a presentation in-class)
Subtitles (when necessary)
Organization

3. Presentations Must Include…
To receive full credit you must include each of the following 3 areas. Organization is a must! 1. Background. -What was leading up to the court case in American history that made this case so significant. Give a brief background of the person(s) involved. 2. The Case -What are the details surrounding the case? What was the verdict? What was the split on the verdict (i.e. 5v4)? What was the majority/minority opinion? 3. The Significance -Why is this court case significant to US History and to our government?
