After logging into the P.S/B.C login the above home page screen appears with Registrations abstract .

5. 1.UPDATE CONTACT DETAILS
Click on “Update Contact Details” to update the details on Panchayat Secretary/Bill Collector.
Fill in the fields displayed in the screen and click in “Update” button.

6. 2. CHECK LIST VERIFICATION
Click on “Check List Verification” to view number of applications pending at P.S/B.C. level .

7. 3.Field Verification Form
Click on “Click here to print” to download and print the application form of the dappu artist.
P.S./B.C. has to print the application for physical verification process of the applicants.

After physical verification from the field, click on the application in P.S./B.C login and he fills the online check list as per the physical verification.
If any remarks , they can be mentioned in the text box given in the online form.

9. SUBMIT
After filling on the online checklist, it should be noted that the physical check list should be scanned in PDF format only and then upload the file by clicking on “Choose file”.
It can be observed that P.S/B.C. Aadhar number appears automatically(if not update them in “update contact Details”).
Click on “Send OTP”. OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for Aadhar.
Finally Click on “SUBMIT” button(Submitted Applications appear in M.P.D.O Login)
