Monthly Responsibilities
Attend club and board meetings Chaperone (or help find chaperones) club, divisional, regional and district events. Ensure proper use of club funds Why is support important?

Communicate with the club’s president Communicate with your Kiwanis club about the Key Club’s happenings Communication between Kiwanis & Faculty Advisors is very important! Encourage Key Club members to attend Kiwanis events and meetings Why is support important?

August: Have a planning & goal setting meeting with the board September: Ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, and members begin to pay dues Why is support important?

October: Participate in Trick or Treat for UNICEF Submit dues! November: Participate in Key Club week & Kiwanis Family Month February/March: Have club elections & plan for DCON Why is support important?

Yearly Responsibilities
(Kiwanis Advisor) Include the Key Club in your club’s budget and make sure you aren’t the only Key Club focused Kiwanis member in your club! (Faculty Advisor) Make sure the Key Club has a space to meet and is following the school’s rules Why is support important?
