Thank you all for being flexible with me and needing to cancel training last week.

3. Transfer Credit & Military Transcripts
It is very common for Military Students to have multiple transcripts. It’s common for them to take classes from the schools who have a presence on base and when they transfer bases, they also transfer schools . This was especially common before online classes became available.
Credit by exam is also very popular for military students.
Anyone who has served in the military will have military transcripts, regardless of the branch. If they completed basic training, they have credits.

DLPT (Defense Language Proficiency Test)

7. Joint Services Transcript (JST) System
Official Military transcripts for the Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy are requested online through JST
There is no charge
Transcripts are sent electronically to Karen Adams in hours
Upper and Lower Division Credits (potentially some graduate credits)

8. CCAF (Community College of the Air Force)
All current and former active duty, guard and reserve Air Force members earned credit through Air University and CCAF and will request their official CCAF transcripts
There is no charge
Currently we receive these in the mail, so it takes a lot longer to receive these than JST.
Because it is a Community College, there are no Upper Division credits.
Art/Expression is the only Breadth Area that may be fulfilled through CCAF.

10. Seminar for Significance
UNV Seminar for Significance is not covered by the VA.
For a course to be certified with the VA, it must be a mandatory course that all students must attend.
It must also be stated in the catalog that the course is mandatory.
Because UNV is not currently a graduation requirement and does not meet these requirements, it cannot be certified.
