Check-in begins at 6:30 PM
You and your guest must have a current ( ) high school or state issued picture ID to check in. All state issued IDs must show your birth date.
If you leave, you will not be permitted to return

2. Prom Attire Formal Event

Clarification/Pre-Approval Gates & Wesco
LRHS Admin has authority to deny entrance if out of dress code

3. Ticket Cost Ticket Includes Meal March 4 – March 8 $80 per person
April 1 – April $95 per person

4. Purchasing Tickets
Permission Slip REQUIRED to purchase your tickets
Pick up Permission Slip from Bookkeeper beginning February 27
ALL Fines MUST BE PAID for Senior and Prom Date before receiving Permission Slip
Only Seniors may purchase tickets
Ages 16-20
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. A change in your guest will not be allowed after April 12, After this date we will not permit another guest to accompany you.

5. Parking Not included in the price of Prom Ticket
Option 1: Worthington Renaissance Hotel – Valet Parking special rate for LRHS Prom- $16
Option 2:
Parking Garage on Houston- $7-$18 depending on length of stay
Parking Garage on Commerce- $7-$18 depending on length of stay
Option 3: Street Parking- Subject to availability

Friday, May 7:00pm
MISD Center for the Performing Arts

7. Graduation Day – Friday, May 24th
Campus Arrival – 3:00pm (final walkthrough)
Bus Loading – 4:00pm (you must ride the bus to the center)
Bus Departure – 4:30pm
Family admission into PAC – 6:30pm
MANDATORY walkthrough practice @ LRHS Tuesday, May 3:15pm (must attend the practice)

8. Ticket Info
Number – graduates get 8 tickets and attendees must have one to get into the hall
Overflow room – for family w/out a ticket
Special Seating – Parents contact Shelley Whatley w/ disability or handicap seating requests (graduating twins siblings make special seating requests; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor)
Distribution – Friday, May 3rd during lunches (random selection process, take a pic)
Extra tickets – depends on initial distribution

Length – 3-5 minutes

Speeches must be approved and practiced so start writing now ☺

10. Dress Code Lake Ridge regalia (no additional decorations)
Only the medals, cords, and stoles issued by counselors and the NHS sponsor are allowed
Additional items will be taken up (faculty will not be held accountable for lost items)
Phones may not be carried
No purses, bags, backpacks.
Caps may not be decorated

11. Dress Code Attire – nice, dressy, comfortable (no jeans)
Males – black/dark blue slacks, white shirt and tie, w/ dark shoes
Females – pants dark, dresses - be comfortable, don’t wear shoes you’re not accustomed to wearing
Inappropriate attire will be addressed prior to campus departure

12. Center Guidelines No hired photographer nor videographers allowed
No flowers, balloons, noise-makers, air horns allowed
No food nor drink allowed
No re-entrance after departing the ceremony

13. Miscellaneous Be sure you are not Absence Failing Check your Fines
Check spelling of your name for your diploma in Shelley Whatley’s Office. Window.
If you are riding back to LRHS after graduation, the bus will leave minutes after graduation.
We will not re-enter the staging room. Don’t bring items that will need to be left behind.
