Procedure for sending
NeighborInformation_Announcement
Add below sentences in Sharing neighbor information procedure.
After receiving Neighborlist_Announcement from a CDIS , a CM should send NeighborInformation_Announcement to affected CMs in the eighborlist_Announcement ,
After any change in the parameters about a TVBD network or device included inside a NeighborInformation_Announcement message , a CM should send to all CMs having at least one neighbouring TVBD network or device to that TVBD network or device.

After sending StopOperation_Anouncement CM do not need receive StopOperation_Confirm to finalize its operation. Therefore StopOperation_Confirm can be removed from draft.

Triggers indicated.
Substute “According to current system any change in the environment can trigger the decision making
algorithm.” in Introduction with the following sentence.
Messages which change information related to a TVBD or its neighbors , which are CE_Registration_Request, AvailableChannels_Announcement, AvailableChannels_Response, Measurement_Response, InfoAcquiring_Response, NeighborInformation_Announcement, Event_Indication triggers the decision making algorithm upon reception by the CM.
