2 Objectivities To know the meaning of present perfect.
To know the uses of present perfect. To know the uses of have ever- already- never and yet.

3 Present perfect The present perfect is used to indicate a link between the present and the past. The time of the action is before now but not specified, and we are often more interested in the result than in the action itself.

4 1) WE USE PRESENT PERFECT
For recent actions For actions which happened at an unstated time

5 When? ..... I have bought many things from the mall.

He has done his homework.

8 2) We use present perfect
For actions which began in the past and continue up to the present

We have been friends for one year.

They have been friends for a long time.

We have cleaned the house.
