Which kind of Cheetos last the longest on fire?

3. Backround
I got this idea when I was away at Boy Scout summer camp. We were sitting around the fire when someone said that you can start a fire by using a Frito. So the next night we used a Frito to start our fire. I started wondering if you could start a fire using another chip like Cheetos.

4. Hypothesis
If I lit Cheetos on fire than the puff brand will last the longest.

5. Variables Independent: Brand of Cheetos Dependent: Time its lit
Constants: Timer, brand of matches/same lighter

6. Procedure
Open the bag.
Take Cheetos out of the bag and place them on the ground.
Set the Cheetos on fire and start timer.
Watch until the fire is out.
Stop the timer.
Record data.
Repeat.

Flaminhot: 2:16.39
Crunchy: 2:34.92
Puff: 1:22.20

8. Conclusion
Which kind of Cheetos will last the longest on fire? I lit Cheetos on fire and timed how long they lasted on fire. Flamin Hot was 2 min and 16 sec. The Puff was 1 min and 22 sec. The Cunchy was 2 min and 34 sec. My data doesn’t support my hypothesis because I said the Puff would last the longest, but the crunchy lasted the longest. I learned that Cheetos are a good fire starter. I could improve by using more Cheetos when attempting to start a fire.
