2. Introduction
For enhancing the prevention and control of AIDS, The Office of Working Committee on AIDS Prevention and Control of State Department established 127 National Pilot Counties for Integrative Prevention & Control of AIDS in the years of 2003 and For valuating the degree of AIDS knowledge among public, my Inst. accepted the consigning of the Office of Working Committee and implemented the evaluation in selected 6 pilot counties in Aug. and Sept. of Totally 4393 people were interviewed.

11. The methods and experience on spread of AIDS knowledge among public in the pilot counties
Health sectors such as health bureau, CDC, MCH hospital and others work together with many other social departments for spread health knowledge on AIDS among public.
MCH workers spread AIDS knowledge link with medical exam. of marriage.
Family Planning Committee and Women’s Federal spread AIDS Knowledge with their organization-networks.

12. The methods and experience on communication of AIDS knowledge for public in the pilot counties
Civil Administration Sector and Agedness Association organize some retired old people as volunteers to spread health knowledge for prevention of AIDS.
The Bureaus of Agriculture and Labor put health knowledge on AIDS prevention into the training course of agriculture techniques, specially for the peasants who will leave for cities to work.

13. The methods and experience on spread of AIDS knowledge among public in the pilot counties
The Labor Union, Red Cross, Youth Organization and other NGO participated activities of spread AIDS knowledge among public.
The local mass media such as TV rediffusion stations, newspaper, broadcasting spread AIDS messages through the media.

14. Conclusion
1.The awareness on AIDS of public in pilot counties has mostly achieved the objects that by the end of 2010, the awareness on AIDS of urban people should achieves 85%, rural people achieves 75%, fluid people achieves 80%, and students achieve 95% that was instituted by Dept. of State in the Action Plan of Stop and Prevent AIDS of China( ).
But AIDS knowledge spread to students, specially in middle school, should be emphasized in the future (this result is less than 75%).

15. Conclusion
2.The model of health knowledge spread in pilot counties is successful and it should be extended to other non-pilot counties in the country ASAP.
