4. WHO IS CONTRIBUTOR ?
Contributor have both human value as well as factional effectiveness, the gate job done but also do it right.
EX: The Contributor teacher is concerned about bring out the best in each student.
The teacher cares about the future of every student. they tech student with easy method, which can they understand properly and built confidence in the subject.

5. WHO IS NON-CONTRIBUTOR ?
The person who :-
Concern for the only his personal fulfillment.
Do not take responsibility in any situation.
Only focus on development of personal capabilities.
Always self-esteem

6. Non contributor:
EX: The Non contributor teacher is unconcerned student are paying attention and have under- stood what is being taught . As a result student find these class boring.

7. EXAMPLE:
INSIGHT: The Contributor’s focus is on achieving the larger goals of the team, rather than focusing only on his/her own personal success.

13. Sudha did all the work she was given during peak season, but she didn’t know what do in during time of light work and she got bored and frustrated. Then she was not interested in work, often complaining that her work is boring.
 Satish work hard like Sudha during the peak season but he didn’t found other months to b boring. He thought this was best opportunity to go deeper into exploring audit. He sometime helped out teamed in non audit work. He learnt a lot in periods and also help organization.

14. Contributor is always ready to accept new challenges and they enjoy their work
This is a golden opportunity for me to learn something new.. Let me give it a try.

Contributor: Nalin’s reply was positive and he was ready to work. He thought that if we will work together then the report will be ready soon and send it off on time to the headquaters. Non-contributor: Sunil thought that it is already 5:30 pm, so why do they come up with work so late in the day? And he said that he is going home.

 In their work, contributor demonstrate concern for the human being they serve.
 Contributor go all out to try and find an answer. they take responsibility for “MAKING THING HAPPEN” in any

 Contributor have a wider view of their work and thus take pride in doing their work well.
