This project included reconstruction and extension of the hotel Crna Gora, the hotel with the longest tradition in Montenegro, located in the center of Podgorica, capital od Montenegro. Newly accommodation facility got the franchise of world famous hotel chain - Hilton.
This five star luxury hotel contains: 180 double-bedrooms, 23 suites, congress center, restaurant, bar, SPA center, indoor swimming pool and underground garage. In addition to hotel capacity, this project contains shopping mall and business center.

STRANDBADKIRCHBICHL is a visionary design project involving the construction of a new office building in a remote mountain region of Austria, with a design which reflected the crashing waves coming in from the nearby beach. Great technical skill and knowledge of interior systems was required in order to optimize lighting, acoustics and sound absorption within a very complex curved shaped structure which would not naturally provide this level of performance.
This presentation will also be used on the book and on the website to present your project.

Exterior celings of attractive terrace space by the fountains in the ground floor was done with Aquaroc cement boards.

The most challenging was ceiling in SPA area where small perforations had to be created for lighting to create „sky“ effect above the swimming pool.

Various kinds of decorative ceiling was done in conference rooms specially designed for different programs, from presentations and parties up to team building and other business meetings.
Rigips suspended ceiling was combined with very attractive decorative elements.

Acoustics and light are the dominating elements in this project. The challenge was to allow maximal use of natural daylight using an unusually large funnel and integrating artificial lighting to complement natural light. The design however also had to provide an excellent level of acoustic performance in a challenging large open plan structure with high windowed ceilings. In addition to a combination of acoustics, sound absorption and light, there was particular emphasis on architecture and functionality through to the final finishing coating (Q4 surface quality) in order to meet the rigorous project standards.
