Guidelines for adoption, i.e.:

2nd (enriched) version of the manual will be finalized in 1st quarter 2014
Following last remarks of the UIS some modifications proposed:
p.7,8: credentials – to replace the term by "qualifications"
p. 7: to replace definition of the "successful completion of a programme" by that from the glossary
point 2.1: deleting example of EU indicators (ESL) …
point 2.2: to precise criteria of duration for ISCED levels 6 and 7

Last comments during the ETS WG meeting
Slightly modified document (WG and UIS comments taken into account) – will be sent 30th April to ETS WG for any remaining minor remarks (by 15th May 2013)
