An easy to use tool that helps maintain your company price lists.
An intuitive wizard guides you through the price list related procedures.
With DPS Price List Utilities you can:
add range of new price list items o your price list
copy price list information from one product to another
modify existing price list items
remove existing price list items
import new price list items or update existing ones

3. Add Price List Wizard

4. Select the price list procedure you wish to complete
Select the price list procedure you wish to complete. Appropriate wizard will guide you through the procedure.

5. Select a price list you wish to update by adding new price list items
Select a price list you wish to update by adding new price list items. Specify products.

6. Specify information for new price list item.

7. Specify rounding details.
This screen is not available if you have specified Currency Amount as
Pricing Method.

8. Preview the records to be processed.
Double-click on product to open record in Dynamics CRM.

9. Verify the settings you have selected.
Use “Back” button if you wish to make any changes.

10. Wizard will start processing.
Use “Show Reports” to see details in case there were any errors.

11. If you want to run another wizard you can run Price List Utilities again.

12. Update Price List Wizard

14. You can update price list for a group of products that share a common price method.
You can update several price lists at the same time.

15. Indicate how the price list information should be updated.

20. Copy Price List Wizard

22. Select a source product with the price list you want to copy.
Specify products you want to copy price information to.

23. Preview the records to be processed.
Double-click on product to open record in Dynamics CRM.

24. Verify the settings you have selected.
Use “Back” button if you wish to make any changes.

25. Wizard will start processing.
If there were any errors Use “Show Reports” to see details.

27. Remove Price List Wizard

Use Price List or Products as ranges.
