Inoculation Injury
Body fluid splashes to eyes or mouth
Inoculation injury/bite
Mouth contamination, rinse well with water.
DO NOT SWALLOW
Encourage puncture site to bleed
Wash site with soap and water, cover with waterproof dressing
Eye contamination, irrigate with water
Report incident promptly to line manager and complete web-based Incident Report Form
