The project intends to promote two key aspects in children's life: their autonomy and their participation.

2. How it works
In the project "The City of Children" it has the function of "giving advice" to adults, this has a close relationship with the board, its purpose is not to simulate the operation of 'local authority.
It meets once a month at the premises of the Laboratory "The city of children" and adults do not participate in the meetings, except the operators. The only adult who has the right to participate whenever he wants to ask and listen, is the President.
The Municipal council meets once a year.
