Finally CD25+ events (E) and CD127lowFoxP3+ events (F) were identified on the CD3+CD4+ events. By applying the gate defining CD25+ events onto the CD127lowFoxP3+ events a combination of E and F was used for Treg definition; CD25+CD127lowFoxP3+ events within the CD3+CD4+ events.
