Data Flow and Ownership
Flow chart shows community college course to university articulation process The equivalencies are maintained by the “target” institutions (the universities at this time) At some future time, community colleges could also become target institutions Equivalency data is updated every Friday The course titles and credits are maintained by the “source” institutions Course title and credit information is updated as often as schools are willing to provide it. Minimally, this information is updated once a semester 2/22/2002

Please notify Your CAS Team as promptly as possible. CAS Homepage Link to “Your CAS Team” Your CAS team will research it, and route the information to the appropriate places so that if necessary it can be corrected. CAS data is refreshed every week, so errors can be corrected promptly if they are noted. 2/22/2002
