2. Project summary
The aim of the Project - to establish a voluntary system for development and recognition of professional competencies and skills of the building workforce in Lithuania in relation to requirements for nearly zero energy buildings.
Project results :
14 technology descriptions and corresponding 12 training programs developed and tested;
Concept of certification of workers and the financing as well as certification rules and procedures developed and applied;
100 trainees (Blue-Collar workers) and 49 trainers trained according new developed Training scheme;
Number of promotional activities implemented ;
A Guide for Customers developed and published.
Quality monitoring of the certification scheme developed.

4. OVERALL PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Initiation of a voluntary system for development and recognition of professional competences and skills of the building workforce in Lithuania in relation to requirements for nearly zero energy buildings.
Requirements for nearly zero energy buildings comprised of:
voluntary employees' competence acquirement, assessment, validation and certification scheme (Qualification Scheme);
curriculum development and train the trainers (Training Scheme);
a pilot implementation of developed Qualification and Training Schemes with assessment, validation, and certification of groups of workers in selected professional areas;
dissemination and Promotion of the newly created Qualification and Training Schemes.

A CERTIFICATION PROCESS LEADING TO ENERGOTRAIN COMPETENCE CERTIFICATE ACCOMPONIED BY DIGITAL BADGE WITH A CODE WAS DEVELOPED

Aims to easily and quickly share verified proof that person has acquired ENERGOTRAIN competences whereever and whenever there is a need through digital channels
