Analysis of the Results
From the survey responses, we will calculate mean, median , mode, standard deviation and net promoter score. Net Promoter Score - The NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of detractors from promoters. Respondents are grouped as follows: Promoters (score 9-10) are respondents who feel very strongly about the issue. Passives (score 7-8) are respondents who satisfied but do not feel very strongly about the issue. Detractors (score 0-6) are respondents who feel poorly about the issue. Subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters yields the Net Promoter Score, which can range from a low of -100 (if every respondent is a Detractor) to a high of 100 (if every respondent is a Promoter).
