Masters in Education – University of LaVerne
Experience

Grades: TK, K, K/1, 1, 5
Family
Married: 33 years (yikes, that’s a long time)
Husband: Detective with LAPD
Son: Ryan recently got out of the Air Force and is working on his degree in Fire Science
Daughter: Jennifer is starting law school at UC Hastings

4. Curriculum Math – Huge focus on addition and subtraction facts to 20
Reading/Language Arts – Wonders by McMillan-McGraw, 300 Sight Words Spelling Tests
Science – Implementing Next Generation Science Standards using Mystery Science and other materials.
Social Studies-Supplemented by Scholastic News
Art – In class using Meet the Masters and art lessons by Mrs. Blake
PE – 200 minutes every 10 days. Please have your child wear appropriate shoes.
Technology – Computer lab once a week for 40 minutes and Chromebooks 3 days a week for 15 minutes. I would love assistance in the computer lab if anyone is available.
