A drama is a story performed by actors for an audience. A drama has many parts. The written form = script. The cast = characters. Stage directions = written in italics, describe actions. Dialogue = conversation. A monologue = single character speaks. A soliloquy = single character’s spoken thoughts. A scene : single setting. An act = several scenes.
