Infective endocarditis
Pulmonary vascular disease secondary to airway/respiratory problems
Mitral valve prolapse, aortic regurgitation

3. New advice No evidence for changes to infant pathway
Pulmonary hypertension – awareness? Diagnosis? Management?
Acquired heart disease – mitral valve prolapse +/- regurgitation; aortic regurgitation
Endocarditis – new guidance 2008, but current NICE review underway
