7. Scheduling Rights
An additional form is available on the Add DNR template that allows for the specification of Scheduling Rights
In general, Scheduling Rights should not be specified
SCE&G has implemented a process whereby Scheduling Rights are automatically created
The Scheduling Rights capacity will be equal to the amount of the DNR capacity
Therefore SCE&G does not require nor expect customers to submit Scheduling Rights requests
If submitted, the request will be set to Invalid

8. Tagging DNRs Source: Sink: Must match sink in NITS Load template
Owner: Must match Customer or Agent code in NITS Application
OASIS: DNR – NITS Application reference number
Secondary – OASIS Assignment reference number
NITS Resource: DNR – Must match Resource Name in NITS DNR template
Secondary – blank
MW: Must be equal to or less than MW capacity designated in NITS DNR or Secondary template

9. Implementation Timeline and Mechanics
March 1 is deadline
Will begin transitioning customers over to NITS next week (2-13)
Once NITS implemented, old Network TSRs will be disabled
Taken out of ATC calculation and capacity recalled
At some point, they will be more permanently ended to clean things up
Once switched over to NITS, please ensure all personnel doing Tagging have been notified of the switch
