We have been working with Windermere Kirkland now for a month and a half, this was our marketing goal.

Since then we have launched our social media efforts. We aim to post about the community and well as showcasing listings. Here is an example of the instagram stories that we did for a new listing. At the end of each month we create a social media report that gives us an idea of how the social media performed the previous month. We have seen a lot of growth on the instagram and facebook page during our first month. For instance, we gained 391 instagram followers since we started. These followers are from Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Renton, and Everett. Moving forward we are working on gaining followers from other areas as well. Our facebook posts reached 3,486 people throughout the month.
