We’d like to spent some time presenting the data included in ASQ’s latest research, “The Rising Economic Power of Quality.” The research explores the link between quality efforts and the bottom line, and looks into some of the hurdles companies face regarding quality. Goto Meeting is a feature that Section has paid; but used rarely. Proposed and voted to cancel this service immediately. A proposal was made to invite other ASQ sections to Sect meetings. Favorable discussion ; but no actions were defined at this time. Door Prizes for Section Meetings was proposed. No actions taken at this time. Dinner price reduction was proposed. Favorable Vote was unanimous. May-2018 Section Meeting was the effective date for this $25 to $10.
