Sporting events reflect the opportunity to match your skills, knowledge and strategies with (an) opponent(s), against time, or a standard. They allow us to find our limits, how good we are and good we can become. All the while it is important to remember that in the end, the outcome of the game or match should be determined by these same skills, strategies, and chance. If the outcome is determined by other factors such as cheating and/or unfair advantages, it takes away from the experience for all involved.
