We’re excited for the 2019 NACRA conference!
The conference, running from October , will feature the same high-quality cases and sessions NACRA members have come to expect. I hope you are all working on cases, cases-in-development, and New Views sessions to submit to the conference before the June deadline. Please visit the NACRA website for more information about the conference and the call for cases.
This year’s conference is being held at the Tempe Mission Palms hotel located right in downtown Tempe, steps from restaurants, bars and attractions. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle from the airport (a ten-minute drive), has a pool, fitness center, a beautiful courtyard, restaurant and bar.

Conference Registration
Reminder that Conference registration includes a NACRA Membership in the upcoming year.  For example, attending the 2018 Conference includes a NACRA Membership in 2019.  It is the authors responsibility to keep their NACRA membership current. This is important as CRJ authors will only receive royalty $$ checks $$ if they are current NACRA members.
Don’t forget to revise and submit your 2018 NACRA conference case to the CRJ!

Case Research Foundation Paul R. Lawrence Fellowships – 2019
This program provides fellowships to doctoral students and junior faculty in the first three years of a tenure-track or equivalent appointment to be trained in case research, writing, and teaching at the annual meeting of the North American Case Research Association (NACRA). In 2015, the CRF awarded its first fellowships. Fellowships were awarded in 2015, 2016, and 2017, and 2018.
The application process for the 2019 Paul R. Lawrence Fellowships is now open. Information and application forms are linked at: All applications and supporting materials are due no later than April 15, 2019.
If you know an aspiring case user and author who would be a good applicant for a Lawrence Fellowship, please pass this information on to them.
