During the year a survey frame is used, a quarterly reporting is provided with the main changes in the survey frame (new entry, cessations or others changes)
These changes can be used to describe modifications in the population survey and to manage and help the extrapolation methods

If a unit has predecessors that are able to transmit their past, it is possible to choose to use completely the characteristics of one of these units;

The first file contains the sampling frame updated with a complete description of the multidimensional sample corresponding to all previous surveys. This information is necessary in order to organize a new survey coordinated with previous surveys.

The second file contains the sample selected for the survey that is being organized. One may note that if this survey is a rotating panel, it is decomposed into subsurveys groups of rotation. We can therefore immediately know which units should leave the sample to the next wave or those after.
