Before ****** was born mummy and daddy weren’t very well. Sometimes they had help and this made them feel better.
When ****** was born mummy was feeling better and wanted to look after ****** very well.

When mummy was not well she found it difficult to look after ****** and do all the things she needed to do for him.

One of these grown ups was ******. ****** was ******’s social worker and she/he came to visit ****** and his family to see how they were.
****** and other grown ups were worried that when mummy and daddy were poorly they were finding it difficult to look after ******.
