This Module has been developed to issue Quotation or Enquiry which indicates the products, quantities and the proposed prices for these and to manage them in a systematic and easy way. It can be Printed and ed.

3. What is Quotation and Enquiry?
A Quotation and an Enquiry is a commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer.
It indicates the products, quantities and the proposed prices for these.
Quotation and an is not a contract but it is an offering. Usually a buyer replies to a quotation by sending a purchase order to which the seller can invoice an invoice.

4. Features: Maintain Quotations and Enquiry in a systematic way.
If Quotation is Pending we can Follow-up customer and can see follow-up log details.
We can print the Quotation from there
If Quotation status is win, we can directly generate Sales Order from there only.
We can view reports if quotation is Pending, won or Lost.
