Support for customers Workshops undertaken to:

Initial findings on first payments…….
90% of customers making payment AGAINST 75% to 80% of rent payment received Around 20 switched back to Landlord payment to date 2 of which received support and were switched back to direct payment Too early for evaluating trends!

Next steps …………. Continued offering of support for those not switched over Offer of bill payment / ’Jam-Jar’ accounts Continue to chase non-engagers Currently around 240 By home visits Working with the local JCP Monitoring and Evaluation
