8 Initial findings on first payments…….
90% of customers making payment AGAINST 75% to 80% of rent payment received Around 20 switched back to Landlord payment to date 2 of which received support and were switched back to direct payment Too early for evaluating trends!

9 Next steps …………. Continued offering of support for those not switched over Offer of bill payment / ’Jam-Jar’ accounts Continue to chase non-engagers Currently around 240 By home visits Working with the local JCP Monitoring and Evaluation
