5. 3 Levels of Award:
Bronze: Schools complete Review Tool to demonstrate they have maintained/achieved the minimum requirements of the programme.
Key areas: Personal Social Health and Economic education (PSHE),
Emotional Health & Wellbeing (EHWB), Healthy Eating & Physical Activity
Silver: Establish 1 universal & 1 targeted health priority based upon a needs analysis. Set planned outcomes and develop an Action Plan
Gold: Evaluation report, following implementation of the Silver Plan
