What´s the idea of Deal Team
create an international ICBA Deal-Team to workout sales and prospect strategies keep the conference calls, and communication, ongoing other members could join the conference calls ICBA has a wealth of internal knowledge - the Deal Team as a tool to obtain and share that knowledge - formulates a combined approach with respect to prospects

Structure and Organization
Deal Team “World” current participants: Italia, China, France, Brazil, Russia, Italy, The Netherlands, Hungary, Argentina, Japan, UK and Germany conference-call every first Wednesday of the month at 2pm CET Deal Team “Asia” current participants: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan conference-call every second Tuesday of the month at 3pm/4pm local time

Best Practices Wavin (NL) & Vestolit (GER) - subsidiaries of Mexichem (integration of ICBA Mexico at an early stage) - Mexichem has operations in over 30 countries with 120 production facilities and more than 18,000 employees - Mexichem acquires Wavin in 2012, Europe’s leading company in the production of plastic pipe systems and solutions and whose operations extended across 18 European countries - Mexichem acquires Vestolit in 2014, the sixth largest producer of PVC resins in Europe, only European producer of HIS-PVC and second largest European producer of PVC paste. - until now: separate TCI´s in place with different brokers (Willis and Marsh) - contract of brokerage signed this week - joined tender of Wavin and Vestolit
