Customers feel welcome when they can identity an employee
Employees start to remember customers names/orders
Having an important employee on the clock at all times

1.How does customer and employee communication affect the Moe’s community?
-Employees set the tone/mood for customers
-Staff must communicate together to keep the store clean and keep food on the line
2.Does identity play an ever lasting role in this community?
-Supervisors/managers will always have the identity of maintaining a successful store
(safe code, produce orders, labor rules)
