Rob specialises in helping people (as individuals, teams or organisations) to improve their performance.
Performance is related to attitude and mind-set. Before anyone can improve themselves or others, they must first understand their own mind-set. Once this is mastered they are in a stronger position to challenge the mind-set, attitudes and behaviours of others.
Rob’s presentation will touch on these areas.
