What you can look forward to accomplishing:
Business responsibility of Mio. Euro Sales across all BPS business areas (depending on region)
Defines and releases budgets (up to 5 Mio. Euro)
Working close with customers locally to identify their needs for late phase development or commercial manufacturing facilities
End-to-End integration responsibility across all technologies and services to our customers
Define the technical solutions and support the local Sales team to close deals
Cost calculation of complex projects (combination of instruments and disposables, standard and customized equipment plus services)
Value proposition of the solution for our customers
Project Management and Execution (including commissioning, IQ/OQ and documentation)
People development
Team setup and regional and global alignment
This function has interfaces to Sales, Operations, ComOps, Service, Marketing, Product Development
Reports to Head of Engineering and Project Execution (global)
