4. Debriefings
Used to get as much information as possible from the crews about what happened on that sortie.
Encourage crews to be completely open and honest about what happened.
Planning may also have a person assigned to listen to all debriefings.
Used to help plan future sorties, so accuracy is important!

5. Debriefings (cont) Was sortie flown as planned? What was learned?
Any items that need to be investigated further?
Crew’s honest assessment of effectiveness.
What should be done different next time?
Discuss any safety issues

6. Debriefings (cont) Document as much as possible.
Back side of CAPF 104 is used to gather this information.
Crew logs or drawings and maps should be gathered if possible and attached to CAPF 104.
