6. Shooting explained
Shooting involves sending or passing the ball towards the opponent’s goal in order to score
It is the most important aspect of attacking play.
The most important principles for shooting are both accuracy and power
There are several techniques that exist, such as, the inside shot, outside shot, driven shot, swerved shot and volley, half volley and toe punt

Head over the ball, looking at the ball
Strike through the ball using the inside of the foot
