2. Board accepted the Membership Recruitment Task Force Recommendation and directed to commence:
Create a new infrastructure for Membership Development to lead membership development initiatives nationwide
Establish a centrally-managed and accountable, locally-based membership development staff team in key markets

3. Proceeding with Development:
Ontario Council indicated their commitment and planned investment in membership development
Newfoundland/Labrador also declared their intent
Consultations with the Provincial Commissioners, Deputies and Executive Directors
Collaborative strategy was developed.
