Yes/No/Abstain Voting Member written ballot on proposals after all proposals have been presented The motion shall be “The TG will eliminate this proposal from further consideration.” Results of votes are not announced until after all votes are recorded. If there is a merger of proposals after the December 18th deadline, the group empowered the TGr chair to use his discretion to handle the situation. January 17th: give more extensive presentations (preliminary draft text), with feedback from group; carry out second step in selection procedure February 12th: Have final draft text and slides available on server.
