“To Make Short-term Rental Hosting Easy and To Deliver Amazing Stays To Our Guests ” Why this matters: Hoste is redefining the way people travel and were also providing another means of income to home owners in a time of economic uncertainty. To do this we must make hosting as seamless as possible for our owners. A travel experience with Hoste should be a movie-like experience, an unforgettable one, an adventure or relaxation getaway.

2 OUR CORE VALUES We take special pride in calling ourselves Hostys – with a capital H. At Hoste, we are world-class. To be world-class, we live by a set of principles and core values. 3 TRUST We want and expect Hostys to think for themselves, so we’re not big on micromanaging. we hope to provide you lots of leadership and very little management. we are careful to hire amazing people. our goal is to unleash you to perform at your peak and stay out of your way. we don’t have lots of rules and policies here by design. you are an amazing adult and we trust you to carve your own path, set your own priorities, and ask for help when you need it.

6 Becoming a Hosty With The Mosty
CAREER ADVANCEMENT Hoste is growing at a rapid rate. This means that there will be opportunity for other positions to open up. We want you to grow at Hoste. This doesn’t have to be a temporary job. Whether that means growing in your current job or promoting to a new position within the company, we’re here to give you the tools you need to grow. Positions opening up: Becoming a Hosty With The Mosty Hosty Team Lead Hosty Manager Other Areas Within The Company – Guest Experience and Home Maintenance Positions

Becoming a Hosty With The Mosty and Periodic Rewards: Being a Master Hosty means you are performing at the highest level and you have distinguished yourself among your peers. Guest experience is top of mind in your eyes. When you become a Hosty With The Mosty, you will be given a bonus and a sweet T-shirt that signifies your accomplishment. You’ll also have the opportunity for monthly, quarterly, and yearly rewards.

Monthly Rewards Every month we will give a $50 bonus to our top 10% of performers or at least two every month. You’ll also get to experience a nice dinner with the owners - on us. You can achieve the monthly reward multiple months in a row. Quarterly Rewards: Every Quarter, if you are one of our top monthly Hostys, this will put you in the running for the quarterly reward. If you win the quarterly award, then you automatically become a Hosty With The Mosty with a nice $250 bonus. Yearly Reward: Every year, we give out an award for our highest performing Hosty With The Mosty. This means you get two night stay at one of our luxury properties.

How you are graded: You may be inspected at the properties at any time and you are graded as a team. This means you are accountable for your teammates actions. Checklist Completion: Has everything been completed on the checklist? Did you check the grill, operation of the TV, and leave enough supplies? Appearance: Not only is the home clean, was everything put back into it’s place. Does the home look amazing when the guest arrives? Reporting: Reporting issues as they arrive is very important. Did the guest throw up everywhere or trash the place? Is there something broken at the home or is the Wi-Fi not working? Report anything wrong as you arrive and take detailed pictures. Speed and Quality: You will be graded on how fast you clean the home and the quality at which you clean it. See your manager for our normal cleaning times for each home. Tell him or her if you think the cleaning time is unreasonable. Getting Involved and Volunteering: We want to make this fun and be involved in the local community. This means going to our monthly volunteer events and coming out with the team on our get-togethers. Lastly – Being a True Hosty: We want you to follow our core values and handbook. They’re important for us being world class. This means showing up to work on-time everyday or calling your manager in a reasonable time and for a reasonable reason if you are going to be late or not be able to make it that day.

11 Promotions Winning awards and performing at the highest level puts you in the running for promotions. Promotions are based on two things: Company Need Performance and Aptitude for the Job Don’t worry, we will coach and train you to be ready for your promotion.

12 FUN We like to get out every now and then from the grind and have some fun. Whether that’s going out as a company to a local brewery or enjoying the great Colorado outdoors. Hostys love to have fun and it pervades every aspect of a Hosty’s life.

13 VOLUNTEERING We take pride in our communities and neighborhoods. We encourage every Hosty to volunteer at our periodic volunteer events. Our company wants to make a difference in our city.

14 DRESS FOR SUCCESS We are pretty relaxed here at Hoste, but please don’t dress in a way that would disappoint your parents. You are the face of Hoste, and keep in mind you also may interact with a guest or an owner at the properties. A few guidelines: No shorts No open shoes No offensive writing or images
