Some patients suggested improvements that we have implemented:
Perhaps you could have a receptionist in Cork
No one available to answer calls in Cork
We introduced a receptionist in Cork to assist with answering calls
Waiting over a week for a review appointment
We offer a telephone review for all patients following a treatment cycle. This will reduce the waiting period to less than 1 week.

Nursing staff are a credit to you.
I feel that the clinic are very honest and try to make the patient feel as at ease as possible considering the difficult process they’re going through. All information is conveyed clearly and honestly. Costs are explained thoroughly and discretely.
Some of the positive comments we have received:
Embryologist was very patient and explained everything we asked about.
All good – very empathetic staff, clean environment and excellent procedures.
The friendliness and care of the staff. They were happy to answer any questions and put my mind at ease. The consultants are amazing and really put me at ease. The embryologist even gave me an extra call because he knew I was anxious.
The staff are all amazing. It’s a hard road to walk on our ivf journey but they are with you every step of the way.
Dr Brett was excellent
Very friendly and caring staff. Always well looked after!!
Nursing staff in Kilkenny were excellent. Each appointment never felt rushed and always explained anything that I asked.
Calmness from doctors, nurses, all staff, always willingness to explain things again & again if asked, nice environment .
