Graduation Dress Code Josten’s: Every student will need a cap/gown/tassel ($45) This needs to be ordered immediately ( ) Students can borrow a cap/gown but will still need to order 2012 tassel ($24)

Graduation Dress Code Females:
Any Color Dress (dress must not hang lower than the gown Natural color nylons Black dress shoes (pumps or flats, NO SANDALS) closed toe and closed heel

Graduation Information
Graduation: May 24, 2013 Students report to theater at 5:45 (7:00 – West Caldwell Gym) Tickets are required for admission. (5) * Opportunities for more tickets for perfect attendance & for attending Senior Awards Night.

Senior Dates Sept. 11 (Tues.) 10:30 – Josten’s Graduation Packet Hand-Out Sept. 18 (Tues.) during lunch – Josten’s cap/gown orders Oct. 11 (Thurs.) Senior Picture Make-Up NOVEMBER 1st – Josten’s cap/gown make-up order January 9th – Senior Photo Flyer Distribution (during Advisory) January 31st – Senior Individual Photos (8:00am in the Theater) May 3rd - Senior group photo TBA - Senior field trip – Carowinds – 1st 80 students - $50-$60 April 27 (Sat.) Prom at the HUB May - Josten’s will deliver cap/gowns May/TBA – Senior Awards Assembly/ Touch of Class May – Senior Awards Night May 3 (Fri.) Cap/Gown photos – group/individual MayJune – evening – Senior Awards Night May 19th (Sun.) 6:00 pm – Baccalaurete May 24th Graduation Practice – 8 am if you owe debts – 9 am if you don’t

Honors Programs NC Scholars – 3.5 UNWEIGHTED grade point average, 1 Physics or Chemistry, 1 Career/Technical class, 1 Arts class, and at least 2 second-level or advanced courses Caldwell County Scholars and West Caldwell Honors graduates – WEIGHTED cumulative GPA of 3.5 President’s Education Awards Program – 3.5 UNWEIGHTED GPA and 85th percentile on either the verbal or math portion of the SAT or subject test or composite ACT score
