Affinity diagrams were used as the basis for development of objective trees.
Split customer needs into two separate objective trees.

Based the split on the majority of customer feedback from each department.

What did we do?
We based priorities of customer needs using a scale system:
1 = Somewhat important
3 = Important
9 = Very important
Sent out a Google doc survey to our customers
Asked stakeholders to rate priority of needs (1-5, where 5 = most important)
Updated priorities based on customer feedback
Developed customer needs assessment table
