Set effective inclusive social norms that set high expectations for positive behavior/attitudes Give children/youth a voice in the norm setting process Intentionally expos them to diverse peer interactions Create common goals that promote a sense of belongingness and cooperation Provide/engage in professional development and trainings that help adults understand and effectively manage the diverse peer relationships of their children/youth
